A relatively large rodent covered with sharp erectile bristles mingled with fur and growing from a woody plant with a distinct central trunk.

AKA: Porcupine Tree. Just one of the many projects from workaholic Steven Wilson. You may know Mr Wilson from one of his other projects (Bass Communion, Blackfield, No-Man or producing metal band Opeth), but Porcupine Tree is probably the most developed, with something like 14 albums. This one sees a little more focus on the synths of Richard Barbieri, (formerly of the group Japan and the brother of David Sylvian) and is sometimes reminiscent of some of their earlier work, like THE SKY MOVES SIDEWAYS. Also includes a guest spot by guitar-god Robert Fripp on this week's featured track, "Way Out Of Here." Porcupine Tree - Fear of a Blank Planet CD $14.99. So buy it already.
