A Schnauss and Guthrie throwdown!

It's been about six years since Ulrich Schnauss introduced the blend of electronic textures and shoegazer aesthetics featured on his debut, FAR AWAY TRAINS PASSING BY. Two years later, his second album, A STRANGELY ISOLATED PLACE, secured his place among the elite of current electronic artists. That album combined the sound of pioneering acts like Slowdive and My Bloody Valentine with modern electronic tapestries. QUICKSAND MEMORY marks a triumphant return, featuring two new tracks and re-workings of two of Ulrich's most celebrated songs by the incomparable Robin Guthrie.
